Valencia Street Art Today

I was in San Francisco's Mission District for a meeting about a mural and ran across some interesting pieces in the streets along Valencia. I also saw this little piece of paper scrawled and pasted on a wall in memory of director, John Hughes. To see more pieces from today, check out my photostream.

Miso Mural
I'm working on a new website for one of my favorite clients, Miso Fly. They're a groovy boutique in the I.E. in Southern Cali. They have two boutiques with great clothes for guys, girls and kids too. I'll let you know when the site is live... until then check out this mural I did at their Downtown Redlands shop.
I painted this mural on their store front of the logo I designed for them. My friend, Carlos, and I did it one morning. We used some stencil techniques to create the little flying logos.

Streets of San Francisco
Here is a stencil on a board. I pass by on Fillmore on my way to the market.

Here is a stencil I saw on the side of a building in the Mission. Simply says, "Gentrification Even Better Than Cocaine"

I passed this Obey wheat paste on Market. I think it was done last month when Shepard Fairey was in town for an exhibit. I saw a wall near the gallery that was killer. I'll try and get a photo.
